I'm torn! I can't make my mind up if British Gas are the biggest bunch of retards in the uk or if that award goes to every other company I have to deal with? It can't be just me surely, but every company I have to deal with seems to have recruited their customer services from the local mong centre. I received a letter from BG telling me my monthly direct debit will be trebling!!! After I got up off the floor I spent the next 40 minutes talking to an idiot trying to get it resolved. He then assured me the letter was a mistake and that he had set my payments back to the correct amount. A week or so later I then get another letter from them saying my payments would be rising to FOUR times my current amount!!!!!!
Once I got back from the cardiac unit I contacted them AGAIN and they said it was a mistake and they would put it back to the correct amount. Whooop F*cking Doooo! a week later I get a letter saying "Thank you for your recent contact regarding changing your direct debit we will be collecting £xxx each month as requested" Only four F*cking time the correct amount!!!!!!!
Where is this place that companies send customer services staff to have their brains removed and shoved up their arses?
